With over 15 years of construction experience under her belt, it is no surprise that real estate agent Michelle C. Ward wanted to take her business to the next level by creating a personalized brand. Allison James Estates & Homes has created opportunities that promote such a lucrative business model. When asked what her motivation was, Michelle responded, “With the knowledge and expertise that I have in the building industry, MCW Properties will provide many different aspects to their clientele, whether they will building a new home or purchasing a water front home, or even commercial properties. With the knowledge and guidance I can provide, my clientele are confident with their decisions.”
In 2015 Michelle decided to step away from building and renovating multi-million dollar homes and commercial properties to pursue Real Estate full time. 2016, her first year, she had 20 real estate transactions with a combined sales price of over $5,000,000.00 at an average of 46 days on the market. We asked Michelle what type of approach she has taken to become so successful. Her response was simple, “When walking through properties I explain the pros and cons and educate my clients. I’ve never taken a hard sales approach, I want all my clients to feel comfortable and not feel pressured.” Michelle is currently pursuing her General Contractors Licensing with hopes of intertwining the commercial and residential building within MCW Properties.
Michelle plans on hitting record numbers for 2017 with her business model. Servicing Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Parrish as well as specializing in Waterfront Homes, she is confident she can exceed her personal goals.
